SHIPPING COSTS /
NEW ZEALAND:
We have a flat rate of $8 for North Island delivery and $15 for South Island delivery for orders within NZ. Tracked service. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for rural delivery.
Standard transit times:
North Island - 1-3 days
South Island - 3-7 days
AUSTRALIA:
We offer domestic shipping within Australia dispatched from our Sydney Warehouse. We have a flat rate of $12 (2-3 day service) for most states and $15 for WA (6-7day service) via AusPost.
REST OF THE WORLD:
We offer a 7-10 day NZ Post International Courier service for international orders. If you would like to enquire about a DHL express service please contact us directly and we can source a quote for you. We have found that as our mats are a bulky item, sending via International Courier offers an effective way to get the product to you in a reliable way, at the lowest possible price we can source.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY /
All orders are dispatched on either the same day or next business day. Your order will be dispatched by our courier services using the fastest delivery method available. Please allow 1-3 working days for deliveries in the North Island and 2-4 for the South Island. Rural deliveries will take an extra 1-2 days. Please allow slightly longer processing times during peak periods. Cancellations will not be accepted due to a delivery being late.
You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. A hard copy of your receipt will also be provided upon receiving your purchase. It is important to hold on to a copy of your receipt should you have any problems with your purchase or wish to return or exchange your purchase.
DUTIES & TAXES
International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. SUNNUP has no control over processing times or duty rates by customs in each country.
LOST PARCELS /
In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, SUNNUP will replace or refund the item, once the investigation is completed. However, if the order can be tracked and traced to have arrived at its final destination, SUNNUP is not liable for the order.
