Returns & Exchanges
CHANGE OF HEART?
We understand that sometimes you change your mind and that’s ok. We accept refunds and exchanges if we are contacted within 72 hours of you receiving the item, and it is returned to us within 7 days of the refund request. All purchases become final after this time frame. Goods can only be returned if they arrive back to us in perfect, resalable condition (including packaging and tags).
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we have specified otherwise. We recommend returning your order with a trackable service as we do not take responsibility for lost or damaged returns. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will process the exchange or refund. It can take up to 3-5 business days to process the return once it is received. You will be credited using Shopify Payments or AfterPay depending on how you paid, which can take up to 2 working days.
Please ensure you include a printed copy of your order receipt or packing slip with the return.
Sale product is non-refundable and non-returnable. All discounted sales are final.
RETURNS PROCESS /
For all return/exchange requests, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please provide us with your order number and a brief reason for return/exchange. All items need to be returned within 7 days of receiving your order and all return costs are the responsibility of the customer. For all exchanges we will happily deliver the new item to you at our cost provided we have received your returned order.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS /
Please take into consideration that our products are handmade and made from recycled materials so slight imperfections in the weave are not deemed faulty. We take all possible lengths to ensure the best quality of our products. Unfortunately in some cases faults can occur due to human error and also the nature of the recycled materials. Should you receive a faulty product please contact us within 48 hours at email@example.com and return the faulty goods. If the item is deemed faulty we will offer you a refund or replacement. We will reimburse you for any incurred postage costs. If your particular item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
